Role Description The Operations Intern role at ORCA Energy is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The intern will assist in day-to-day operations activities, including tracking project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of operational processes and standards.

Responsibilities may include preparing operational reports, analyzing data related to energy projects, supporting documentation and compliance requirements, and assisting with workflow optimization. The intern will also help with basic project management tasks, such as scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.



This role offers hands-on exposure to operations in the energy and infrastructure sector and provides learning opportunities under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
