Manage end-to-end domestic air freight operations, from shipment pickup to final delivery. Coordinate with airlines for booking, flight schedules, cargo acceptance, and shipment tracking. Arrange pickup and delivery through transport partners and ensure timely movement of cargo.
Monitor shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders. Coordinate airport operations, documentation, cargo handover, and delivery processes. Handle shipment exceptions such as delays, missed flights, damaged cargo, and operational issues.
Maintain proper records of AWB, shipment documents, delivery details, POD, and billing documents. Coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve operational queries and ensure service quality.
