About MOSHA- MOSHA is a gut health company building a modern range of functional foods and natural gut health products.

- We have worked with 1,000+ customers dealing with concerns such as acidity, bloating, IBS, GERD and other digestive issues. We are now building a modern D2C health brand combining time-tested Indian ingredients and gut health rituals with contemporary products and experiences.

About the Role

- We are looking for a highly organised, analytical and hands-on Operations Executive who can help manage the day-to-day engine of our business.
- This is a generalist role with exposure across logistics, e-commerce, finance, customer engagement, supply chain, vendors and business reporting.
- You will work closely with the founders and get broad exposure to how a fast-growing health D2C business operates.
- The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Order ManagementManage day-to-day order processing and fulfilment

- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, delays, RTOs and returns
- Track orders and ensure timely resolution of delivery issues
- Monitor COD orders, cancellations, RTO and return rates
- Maintain accurate operational records

1. E-commerce Operations

Manage day-to-day operations across the MOSHA website and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor orders, payments, discounts, inventory and product listings
- Coordinate with technology/e-commerce partners to resolve operational issues




- Support website and checkout optimisation
- Ensure smooth customer journey from order placement to delivery

1. Supply Chain & Inventory

Track inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors and other suppliers
- Maintain purchase orders and inventory records
- Track production and replenishment timelines
- Identify potential stock-outs and supply chain bottlenecks
- Support demand planning and inventory forecasting

1. Vendor Management

Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics companies, packaging suppliers and other vendors
- Obtain quotations and compare costs
- Track vendor deliverables, timelines and payments
- Maintain vendor records and documentation
- Follow up proactively to ensure timely execution

1. Basic Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain basic records of business expenses, purchases, invoices and payments
- Track receivables and payables
- Reconcile orders, payments and settlements
- Coordinate with the CA/accounting team
- Prepare basic financial trackers and cash-flow/MIS reports
- Ensure bills and supporting documents are properly maintained

1. Customer Engagement

Handle operational customer queries through WhatsApp, email and other channels
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, returns and replacements




- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
- Maintain customer feedback and issue trackers
- Work closely with the customer experience team to improve service quality

1. Data Analysis & MIS

Prepare regular MIS reports covering sales, orders, inventory, logistics and customer metrics
- Track key operational KPIs
- Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies and operational gaps
- Maintain dashboards and trackers using Excel/Google Sheets
- Provide actionable insights to the management team

What We're Looking For - 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, D2C, FMCG, consumer tech or consumer brands
- Candidates with strong internship experience will also be considered
- B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and analysing data
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Willingness to take ownership rather than wait for instructions
