About the Role

Hala Campus is looking for a dynamic, organized, and client-focused Operations Executive to join our growing team.

The Operations Executive will play an important role in managing day-to-day client operations, supporting educational institutions in effectively using the Hala Campus platform, and coordinating the implementation of our solutions at newly onboarded schools and institutions.

The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to work closely with clients and internal teams. Candidates should also be comfortable travelling to client locations when required for implementations, training, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and queries from schools regarding platform usage, operational processes, and basic troubleshooting.
- Communicate with clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings to resolve queries and provide timely support.
- Participate in the implementation and onboarding of Hala Campus at new schools and educational institutions.
- Visit client locations when required for implementation, training, data validation, process understanding, and go-live support.
- Coordinate with school administrators, teachers, accountants, HR teams, and other users during the implementation process.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the relevant internal teams.
- Create video tutorials, user manuals, training documents, and other support materials for clients.
- Conduct online and on-site training sessions for users of the platform.
- Work closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to resolve client issues.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the platform and overall customer experience.




- Follow up on open client requests and ensure issues are handled within appropriate timelines.
- Maintain proper records of client communications, implementation activities, pending issues, and resolutions.
- Assist with other operational activities and projects as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success, Software Implementation, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in the education, EdTech, ERP, SaaS, or technology sector will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to understand software workflows and explain them clearly to non-technical users.
- Comfortable using communication and collaboration tools such as WhatsApp, email, video conferencing, and online support platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of client requirements.
- Willingness to travel within India for school implementations, training, and client support when required.

Hala Campus has offices in Kerala and Rajkot. However, candidates from other locations within India are also welcome to apply, provided they are comfortable travelling for client implementations and other business requirements when necessary.
