- Plan and monitor daily and monthly service schedules.
- Coordinate technicians and ensure timely completion of services.
- Monitor service quality, SOP compliance, safety, and technician grooming.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate corrective actions for pest-related issues.
- Monitor availability and usage of pesticides, equipment, PPE, and other materials.
- Monitor and control operational expenses within the approved budget.
- Verify service reports and maintain operational records.
- Track scheduled vs. completed services and highlight gaps.
- Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, Finance, and Customer teams.
- Support billing by ensuring accurate service completion data.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.
Qualification
- Graduate in Agriculture preferred.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Life Sciences, Entomology, Food Technology, or a related field may also be considered.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in pest control, field operations, facility management, or a related industry.
- Experience in commercial pest management will be an advantage.
Key Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
