- Single point owner and contact point for client
- Co-ordination with client regional teams & Sapere Krognos regional teams
- Strategize to achieve the sales & merchandising objectives
- Lead, manage, and develop people ensuring team deliveries
- Ensure timeliness in deliveries of reports and special analyses
- Ensure process implementation.
- Ensure payroll, administrative and statutory processes
