Lead OT operations, scheduling & utilization
Drive infection control, patient safety & NABH compliance
Partner with Surgeons, Anaesthesia, Nursing & Clinical teams
Optimize manpower, resources, inventory & OT productivity
Build and lead high-performing OT teams
Drive continuous improvement across OT operations
Location: Visakhapatnam | MGM Seven-Hills Hospitals
Ideal Profile:
B.Sc Nursing / GNM with 10+ years of relevant OT experience, preferably from a reputed multi-specialty hospital.
