Position : Two

? Experience: 5+ Years in Facility Management

? Salary: ₹5–6 LPA (CTC)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage facility / Security operations across multiple client sites

✅ Lead housekeeping, security, and support teams

✅ Ensure excellent client satisfaction and service delivery

✅ Conduct site audits and maintain quality standards

✅ Handle Recruitment ,manpower planning, deployment, and training





✅ Ensure operational excellence

✅ Coordinate billing, MIS, and operational documentation

We're Looking For

✔ Robust leadership and communication skills

✔ Experience in client relationship management

✔ Knowledge of facility management operations and compliance

✔ Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
