Duties & Responsibility
(Key Result Areas)
- Responsible for imparting training to key stakeholders on various concepts in OPEX.
- Responsible for support to create flow for both materials & information and optimize value through reduction or elimination of non-value adding activities.
- Responsible for strategically planned the projects for their logical conclusions.
- Responsible to identify opportunities for improvement across process & functions and deploy lean tolls to enhance efficiency & effectiveness.
- Responsible to assist cost centre for best in class continuous improvement strategy.
- Responsible for process value stream mapping, validation with time motion study & tag time evaluation, trend & variances and improvement plan.
- Responsible to mentor for process experts across functions in productivity, quality and system improvements.
- Responsible for liaison with stakeholders and and carry transformation among team support organization change program.
- To develop to learning culture among team ,six sigma training and continual training programme.
- Maintain and organize all the records & documents as per ISO 13485:2016
- Maintain 5’S and hygiene.
- Ensue Health & Safety norms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
