Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, improve operational efficiency, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth execution of company processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills, preferably with experience in the automobile/EV industry .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Logistics, Production, Finance, HR, and other departments.
- Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of operational targets and business requirements.
- Manage and supervise operational teams and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Coordinate vehicle movement, inventory, logistics, dispatch, and documentation where required.
- Track operational reports, MIS, and key performance indicators.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, dealers, customers, and external stakeholders when required.
- Support management in planning,



budgeting, and operational decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure smooth workflow between different departments.
