In just a few months, the club has progressed from the B division to the A division in the competitive Delhi State League, reflecting its ambition and dedication.

Role Description The Operation Intern role at Northern United FC is an on-site internship based in Noida. The intern will support daily club operations, including coordinating training schedules, assisting with matchday logistics, and maintaining records related to players, staff, and facilities.

Responsibilities include helping manage communications with parents, players, and partner institutions, supporting grassroots initiatives and academy activities, and contributing to event planning and execution.



The intern may also assist with basic data collection and reporting to improve operational efficiency and support the club’s development programs. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sports operations and football academy management in a dynamic and growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track operational data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact professionally with players, parents, coaches, and partner schools.
- Candidates should possess Sales and stakeholder engagement skills to support academy enrollments, community outreach, and partnership initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to assist with scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day coordination of club activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan, organize, and execute events, programs, and special initiatives.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in football or sports management, ability to work on-site in Noida, proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents), strong organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Sports Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
