About the Role

King Fox Clothing Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Sales Advisors to join our sales team. The role involves handling customer enquiries generated through Instagram, Facebook and other online marketing channels, assisting customers with product and size selection, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to build a positive relationship with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other online channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable men's clothing products.
- Provide accurate information about products, sizes, colours, prices and offers.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate size based on measurements and product specifications.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Cross-sell and recommend relevant products when appropriate.
- Check product and size availability before confirming orders.
- Collect and accurately record customer details, including name, phone number, address, product, colour, size and quantity.
- Update all confirmed orders in the company's sales/order management system.
- Coordinate with the order processing and dispatch team.




- Ensure customers receive proper order and tracking information.
- Handle basic customer queries related to delivery, exchanges, returns and orders.
- Maintain proper follow-up records for pending and interested customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements
- Previous experience in online sales, tele-sales, e-commerce, retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and online communication tools.
- Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
- Good knowledge of men's clothing and sizing will be an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
