Location : Hebbal, Bangalore

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Work Mode : In Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Developing monthly content calendar planning and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for timely delivery of social media assets.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare performance reports.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp campaigns for marketing, sales and aftermarket initiatives.
- Manage customer databases, audience segmentation and campaign lists.
- Track WhatsApp campaign performance, leads and customer responses.
- Coordinate with sales and call centre teams for lead follow-ups.
- Support influencer/content creator coordination and event-related social media activities.
- Support vendor coordination, invoice tracking and payment processing.
