Description

Design, implement, and govern enterprise identity and access management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and IAM operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant identity services.

Responsibilities

- Design and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft Entra ID architecture
- Lead Entra ID modernization and cloud identity transformation initiatives
- Define hybrid identity strategy integrating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Develop identity governance standards, reference architectures,



and operational frameworks
- Drive Zero Trust adoption through strong authentication and conditional access controls
- Design and implement automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows
- Lead integration of SaaS, Cloud, and On-Premises applications
- Define identity security standards and governance controls
- Implement access reviews, identity lifecycle governance, and privileged access controls
- Partner with security teams for compliance initiatives
- Lead design workshops and architecture reviews
- Create HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with global business and technology stakeholders
- Architect B2B and B2C identity solutions

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in identity and access management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale identity solutions
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Experience with conditional access, identity protection, and privileged identity management
- Ability to lead design workshops and architecture reviews
- Robust collaboration and communication skills
