Role Description The NPD (New Product Development) role at Fitspire is a full-time, on-site position based in Connaught Place. This role involves leading end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, including market research, idea generation, and formulation planning for health and wellness products. The NPD professional will collaborate closely with R&D;, quality, marketing, and supply chain teams to develop innovative, secure, and compliant vegan and vegetarian formulations aligned with brand standards.

Daily tasks include coordinating trials and validations,



documenting product specifications, monitoring regulatory requirements, and supporting packaging and labeling decisions. The role also includes tracking product performance, gathering customer and market feedback, and recommending improvements or new product opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in product development, formulation, and R&D; within health, nutrition, or wellness categories.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights to identify and validate new product opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and documentation, including familiarity with FSSAI or similar standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and stakeholder communication to drive timely launches.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on product safety and performance.
- Experience in health supplements, nutraceuticals, or FMCG product development will be an added advantage.
