Full-time, on-site role based at Dorika Hospital, Tezpur, Assam

Eligiblity/Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Nursing Management skills, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and resource planning.
- Candidates should possess Nursing and Patient Care skills, with a solid foundation in clinical practice and compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and valid nursing registration/license.
- 4+ years of experience in a hospital setting, including prior leadership or charge nurse responsibilities.
- Robust communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building abilities, with proficiency in documentation and basic hospital information systems.
- Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

Role Description:





- Responsible for overseeing nursing operations in a designated area and ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Managing nursing staff schedules, supervising daily workflows on the units, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support safe and efficient care delivery.
- Monitoring quality indicators, implements clinical and operational protocols, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentoring and coaching nurses, supporting training and orientation, managing resources and supplies, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings to address patient needs and service improvements.
