Why this role exists

Candidates never see the logic behind Medinex Workforce's tools, but they feel it the moment it fails: a login that does not work, a form that loses their data, a status page that shows the wrong stage. As a Server-Side Developer Intern, you will build the layer that keeps all of that fast, correct and secure. You will work on real APIs and databases, and learn how professional backend teams design, test and maintain the services other tools depend on.

Your day-to-day

- Build and test REST APIs using Node.js, Python or Java
- Work with SQL or NoSQL databases and write the queries your APIs need
- Add user login, token-based authentication and role-based access control
- Validate incoming data and handle errors so the system fails gracefully
- Test endpoints using Postman and write unit tests for your code
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and walk through your work in code reviews
- Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review

You are a good fit if
- You know the basics of Node.js, Python or Java
- You understand how HTTP, REST APIs and JSON work
- You have worked with a database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB




- You debug patiently and think through edge cases
- You write careful, logical code
- You have a laptop and a reliable internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice to have, not required
- Familiarity with JWT, Docker or cloud deployment
- Experience with Git
- A GitHub profile or an API project you built

Who can apply
- Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA or related streams
- Self-taught developers who can show their skills through a GitHub profile or personal API project
- Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required
- You must be available to work full-time for the internship period
