We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Night Supervisor to oversee night-shift operations, monitor staff activities, ensure workplace security, and maintain smooth operations during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all night-shift activities.
- Ensure proper attendance and discipline of staff.
- Monitor the security of stock, machinery, and company premises.
- Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational issues.
- Ensure proper handover of responsibilities to the next shift.
- Handle emergencies and report any unusual activity immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in supervision or security operations.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and alert during night hours.
- Ability to manage staff and handle operational issues.
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting.
