Position: Night Operations Supervisor

Department: Operations

Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all night-shift courier operations.
- Monitor pickup, sorting, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with hub staff, drivers, delivery teams, and other departments.
- Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain proper records of shipments, dispatches, and night operations.
- Ensure proper handling and security of parcels.
- Manage and allocate night-shift staff and work responsibilities.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and shift performance.
- Coordinate with the management regarding delays,



operational issues, and urgent matters.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit daily night-operation reports to management.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the courier / logistics industry.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of courier operations, sorting, dispatch, and shipment handling.
- Valuable team-management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work during night hours.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
