Role Description The Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support Fude Developments’ AI-powered applications, learning platforms, and management systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and managing network devices, monitoring performance, diagnosing and resolving connectivity and security issues, and ensuring high availability for remote and cloud-based environments.

The role involves collaborating with software and DevOps teams to support deployments, optimize network architectures, and enforce security best practices. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable communication, documentation of network changes, and proactive improvement of network reliability and scalability.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for planning, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable network architectures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and related network services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security to implement security policies, protect data in transit, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) are beneficial.
- Professional experience in network engineering or administration, and industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Solid analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and experience documenting network configurations and procedures are important.
