We are looking for a skilled MySQL Database Administrator (DBA) with 3–5 years of experience to manage and support production database environments. The candidate will be responsible for database performance, availability, security, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain MySQL databases.
- Monitor database performance, availability, and capacity.
- Perform regular database backup and recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot database performance and connectivity issues.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries, indexes, and database performance.
- Manage database users, roles, permissions, and security.
- Configure and monitor MySQL replication.
- Perform database maintenance and health checks.
- Support database migration and upgrade activities.
- Monitor disk space, CPU,
memory, and database resources.
- Identify and resolve production database issues within agreed SLAs.
- Work closely with developers, application teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Maintain database documentation and operational procedures.
Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: ₹7–10 LPA
Location: Coimbatore / Chennai

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
