- Robust skills in requirements gathering, solution structuring, and estimation/resource planning for integration projects.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, cross‑functional collaboration, and driving execution excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
