Role Description The Mortgage Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves advising clients on suitable mortgage products, explaining terms and conditions, and guiding them through the end-to-end mortgage application process.

The Mortgage

Specialist will assess client financial profiles, collect and verify documentation, coordinate with lenders, and ensure timely processing of applications. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, preparing basic financial summaries, and supporting mortgage marketing initiatives to grow the client base.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to explain mortgage products and processes clearly.
- Experience in Mortgage Marketing and Finance, including basic understanding of interest rates, repayment structures, and financial documentation.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling queries professionally, and managing client expectations.
- Ability to analyze financial information, maintain accurate records, and follow regulatory and company guidelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and solid attention to detail.
