Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, focused on marketing medical books, e-books, and seminars across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

The Marketing

Executive will identify and approach potential customers such as medical colleges, hospitals, clinics, and individual healthcare professionals, promoting relevant products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, explaining seminar offerings, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

The Marketing

Executive will also gather market feedback, support promotional campaigns, and represent the brand professionally at events and meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Affairs and Medicine to effectively understand and communicate product relevance to healthcare stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Healthcare Management and Strategic Planning to target markets, manage territories, and support growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Research skills to analyze customer needs, track competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- 0–3 years of sales or marketing experience in any industry, with a willingness to work in field-based roles and travel across assigned regions.
- MBA, BBA, BCA or equivalent degree preferred; other graduates with strong aptitude for sales and healthcare marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term skilled relationships.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada; Telugu preferred for AP & Telangana), and basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
