Role Description The MIS Executive role at STPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Manesar. The role involves managing and updating Management Information Systems, preparing regular and ad hoc MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy for operational and strategic decision-making.

The MIS Executive will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to transport operations, fleet performance, and logistics activities, and present insights to management in a clear and structured format. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining databases, creating dashboards, supporting process improvements through data analysis,



and coordinating with operations and finance teams to streamline information flow. The role also requires timely escalation of data-related issues and adherence to company standards for confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including basic understanding of data structures and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess MIS Reporting skills, including experience in creating periodic reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data visualization tools is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain environments will be an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and meet reporting deadlines.
