MIS Analyst

· Experience: 3+ years in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or business operations

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field

Key Requirements

- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, dashboards & charts).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Experience in daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
- Ability to handle large datasets, data cleaning, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
- Knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Analyse sales, purchases, collections, expenses, inventory, and operational data.
- Track KPIs and prepare variance/actual-vs-budget reports.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with relevant departments.
- Consolidate departmental data and provide timely analysis to management.
