Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central professional (Techno-Functional). The role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining Business Central to support clients’ business processes across finance, operations, and other functional areas. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing system solutions, preparing functional and technical documentation, and supporting implementations and upgrades.

The professional will collaborate with stakeholders to provide consulting on best practices, perform system testing and troubleshooting, and ensure integrations with other cloud-based applications run smoothly. The role also includes end-user training, ongoing support, and contributing to continuous improvement of Business Central deployments.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Process understanding, especially in areas such as finance, supply chain, and operations, to align system configurations with organizational needs.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Solution Architecture skills to analyze requirements, design scalable Business Central solutions, and advise clients on best practices.
- Candidates should possess Cloud Computing knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Azure or related platforms, and familiarity with SaaS application environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (configuration, customization, extensions, and integrations).
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, creating functional and technical specifications, and performing system and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects or tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Business Central are a plus.
