Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Lead - Finance

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Functional Lead - Finance with strong expertise in Finance modules and end-to-end ERP implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading finance workstreams, gathering business requirements, driving solution design, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance implementation and support projects.
- Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Design and configure Finance modules aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams.
- Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
- Manage stakeholders and provide functional guidance to project teams.
- Drive solution governance, best practices, and process improvements.
- Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.




- Mentor junior consultants and lead finance solution discussions.

- Required Skills

- 10-15 years of ERP experience with at least 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Robust expertise in:General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash & Bank Management
- Budgeting
- Financial Reporting
- Intercompany Accounting
- Period Close & Consolidation
- Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and lead large transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Project Operations, Procurement, and Expense Management.
- Experience with Power Platform and reporting solutions.
- Exposure to global implementations and support engagements.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications.
