- Analysis Track sales achievement against targets for different regions, territories, products, and sales personnel. Prepare reports on secondary sales, for further analysis Trade & channel promotion data validation. Highlight key observations and trends to management. Support management in identifying gaps and opportunities through data analysis. Monitor sales performance and highlight variances against targets. 2.

Sales Data Management

Collect, consolidate, and validate sales data from different sources. Maintain accurate and updated sales databases. Ensure timely circulation of sales reports to relevant stakeholders. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections. Maintain records of sales targets, achievements, schemes, incentives, and other sales-related data. Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy. 3.

Sales Support

Provide sales teams with required reports, customer data, stock information, and performance reports. Support the sales team in tracking orders, billing, dispatches, outstanding payments, and other relevant activities. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Dispatch, Warehouse, and other departments for resolving data-related issues. Follow up on pending information and ensure timely closure. 4.

Channel

Support. Resolve queries of channel partner. Support channel partner as and when required 5. Excel &





- System Management Maintain sales MIS through Excel, ERP/SAP, CRM, or other business systems. Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and trackers wherever possible. Support system-related data requirements and coordinate with IT/ERP teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data analysis. Good understanding of MIS and sales reporting.

Experience with SAP/ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage. Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet reporting deadlines.
