About the Role

We are looking for a Microbiologist to join our team at Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Freshers with a degree in Microbiology are welcome to apply.

The role will involve regular travel for sample collection, site visits, testing, inspection and coordination with clients/sites, so candidates who are comfortable travelling regularly are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis as per company requirements.
- Collect samples from different locations/sites and maintain proper records.
- Carry out routine microbiological tests and maintain laboratory standards.
- Prepare test reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and transportation of samples.
- Visit client/customer locations regularly as required.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding sample collection, testing and reports.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory/testing area.
- Support the team in other microbiology and quality-related activities.

Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. / M.Sc.



in Microbiology or relevant qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can also apply.
- Good basic knowledge of microbiology and laboratory practices.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Must be comfortable with regular local travel for sample collection/site visits.
- Candidates residing in or around Mahape, Airoli, Ghansoli, Koparkhairane, Rabale, Turbhe, Vashi, Sanpada and nearby Navi Mumbai areas will be preferred.
- Candidates should be punctual, responsible and willing to learn.

Important

Regular travel is an essential part of this position. Candidates should be comfortable travelling to different client/site locations as required.

Compensation

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month In-Hand, depending on qualification, skills and experience.
