? Experience: 5–6 Years in Pharmaceutical Industry
? Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling routine Microbiology laboratory activities as per approved SOPs
2. Perform Microbial Limit Test (MLT), Total Aerobic Microbial Count (TAMC) & Total Yeast and Mold Count (TYMC)
3. Environmental Monitoring of production and controlled areas
4. Perform water testing and microbiological analysis
5. Microbial examination of raw materials, finished products and in-process samples
6. Maintain and monitor media preparation, sterilization and growth promotion testing
7. Handle microbial cultures and culture maintenance as per SOPs
8. Perform personnel monitoring and surface monitoring
9.
Maintain microbiology laboratory records, logbooks and worksheets
10. Ensure compliance with GMP / WHO-GMP / GLP requirements
11. Assist in investigation of OOS, OOT, deviations and CAPA related to microbiology
12. Support internal, customer and regulatory audits
13. Coordinate with QA, Production and other departments for microbiological activities
14. Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization and hygiene of the microbiology laboratory
? Candidate Profile:
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Microbiology/QC
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP and microbiological testing procedures
- Hands-on experience in environmental monitoring and water testing
- Positive documentation and laboratory practices
- Knowledge of microbiological investigations and laboratory controls
- Good communication and team coordination skills
