We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Ads specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into qualified leads and sales — not someone who simply knows how to press “Publish.”

What you’ll be responsible for:

Build, launch & manage Meta ad campaigns

Identify winning audiences, creatives, hooks & offers

Analyze campaign data and make rapid optimization decisions

Reduce CPL while improving lead quality

Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns

Manage retargeting & scaling campaigns

Run structured A/B tests

Monitor campaigns daily and take corrective action

Work closely with our funnel, creative & sales teams

Report key metrics and clearly explain what is working and what isn’t

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has hands-on experience managing Meta Ads

✅ Understands high-ticket funnels

✅ Can diagnose why a campaign isn’t producing results

✅ Understands CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CVR & ROAS

✅ Knows how to test audiences,



creatives, offers and landing pages

✅ Moves fast and takes ownership

✅ Doesn’t need to be spoon-fed every decision

Bonus: Experience with coaches, consultants, agencies, SaaS or other high-ticket businesses.
