About the Role

Shiksolve Education is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns for our education and ODL programs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation and admissions.

Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for better ROI/ROAS.

Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, and ROAS.

Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting.

Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign structures.

Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with the creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Track campaign performance through Meta Ads Manager and relevant analytics tools.

Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.





Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.

Experience specifically in EdTech / ODL / Online Education is required.

Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns and conversion funnels.

Good knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.

Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, and ROAS.

Experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
