Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Energy MIS Executive with excellent knowledge of MS Excel to manage telecom energy data, prepare MIS reports, analyze fuel and power consumption, and provide data-driven insights to improve energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Energy MIS reports.
- Track and analyze DG diesel consumption, fuel filling, battery performance, EB/Grid availability, and energy utilization.
- Monitor site-wise and technician-wise fuel consumption and identify abnormal consumption or gaps.
- Prepare fuel variance, diesel reconciliation, energy performance, and exception reports.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, and charts.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, leakages, and high-consumption sites.
- Coordinate with Energy Managers, Technical Managers, technicians, and field teams for data validation and issue closure.
- Track DG run hours, fuel efficiency, refueling, theft/shortage cases, and sensor-related discrepancies.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management and customers.
- Support management with data analysis, presentations, and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Dashboards, Data Validation, and Data Cleaning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of telecom energy/fuel operations.
- Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict reporting timelines.

Preferred





- Experience in telecom tower / O&M; / energy management / fuel management.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Experience with telecom MIS platforms preferred.
