About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Manager to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads and measurable business results for our financial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta Ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
- Develop campaign, ad set, audience and targeting strategies. • Manage lead-generation campaigns and optimize CPL, lead quality, SQLs and ROAS.
- Conduct audience, creative and campaign-level A/B testing. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets.
- Analyze campaign performance by location, product, audience and creative. • Work closely with VRM, Sales and CRM teams to track lead quality and conversion.
- Track the funnel from Lead → MQL → SQL → Login → Disbursement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Coordinate with the creative team for performance-oriented posters, videos, carousels and other ad creatives.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Experience in audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and work with performance targets.
