Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive – Transport Operations to manage transport-related data, prepare MIS reports, monitor vehicle/trip records and support daily transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Transport MIS reports.
- Maintain vehicle, trip, route, POD and delivery records.
- Monitor GPS/TMS data, vehicle movement and trip status.
- Prepare reports on vehicle utilization, trip performance, delays and pending PODs.
- Maintain fuel, trip sheet and operational records.
- Support billing, reconciliation and documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport teams and clients for operational data.

Required Skills




- Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Charts.
- Knowledge of Transport/Fleet Operations.
- Experience with GPS/TMS/ERP will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Logistics, Transport, Fleet Management, 3PL, FMCG or Supply Chain will be preferred.
