- Develop logiclinked, resource and costloaded programmes in Primavera P6/ MS Project, aligned with the main construction master programme.
- Define work breakdown structure (WBS), activity codes, and calendars specific to industrial MEP scopes (HVAC, piping, electrical, instrumentation, fire protection, etc.)
- Prepare lookahead plans (24 weeks) for site execution teams and subcontractors.
1. Progress Monitoring & Control
- Track physical progress vs baseline; update schedules weekly/ monthly and generate Scurves, histograms, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to verify installed quantities, sequences, and constraints; reconcile with subcontractor returns.
- Perform critical path analysis and highlight activities impacting project completion.
- Identify delays and risks; propose mitigation and recovery plans (resequencing, additional shifts, logistics changes).

1. Commissioning & Handover Support
- Integrate testing and commissioning activities into the MEP schedule (precommissioning checks, systemwise commissioning, client walkdowns).
- Track punch list and snag closure activities for MEP systems to support timely handover.
Key Deliverables
- Approved MEP baseline schedule and periodic updates (P6/ MSP files + PDFs).
- Lookahead schedules for site teams and subcontractors.
- Progress reports (weekly/ monthly) with Scurves, histograms, and narrative.
