We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to prepare accurate and detailed Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing drawings for various engineering and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.
- Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, piping, and related service layouts.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
- Revise drawings based on engineering changes and client requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and applicable codes.
- Coordinate with engineers,
designers, and project teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of MEP systems and technical drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
