• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Work on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical BIM modelling as required.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules and coordinated drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural models.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, quality and BIM standards.
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Support BIM coordination and quantity take-offs when required. Required Skills:
• Robust knowledge of Revit MEP – Mandatory • Working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD • Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings • Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD • Good coordination and communication skills. Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or a relevant discipline. Experience:
2–5 years of relevant MEP BIM Modelling experience preferred. Preferred Candidates:
