What you'll do

- Create and review datasets built from psychological case studies and assessments
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical scenarios and therapeutic dialogues for accuracy, ethics, relevance and cultural sensitivity
- Give thorough written feedback on AI-generated psychological responses and discuss your qualified assessment verbally
- Identify bias and inaccuracies, then recommend evidence-based improvements using psychological concepts and frameworks

Who this is for

- A Ph.D. in psychology is preferred; applicants with an MD must have completed psychiatry residency
- Professional experience in higher education, clinical practice, or psychological research
- Advanced written and verbal English, with fluency in at least one of the following: French, Bengali, Japanese, Malay, Tagalog, Russian, Lithuanian, Urdu, Bulgarian, Mandarin, Georgian, Polish, Vietnamese, Swahili, Marathi, or Indonesian
- No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
