• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP works.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and quotations.
- Handle HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.
- Review and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare variation statements and cost calculations.
- Assist with tendering, estimation, and commercial evaluation.
- Coordinate with the design, BIM, procurement, and project teams.
- Monitor project quantities and ensure accurate measurement and documentation.
- Support client and consultant submissions related to quantities and costs. Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying and estimation.
- Good understanding of MEP drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity take-off.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam / CostX / other QS software will be an advantage. Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or a relevant discipline. Experience:
3–8 years of relevant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying / Estimation preferred. Preferred Candidates:
