Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Transcriptionist role based in Faridabad.

The Medical

Transcriptionist will listen to and interpret audio recordings from physicians and other healthcare professionals, accurately transcribing them into written medical reports, discharge summaries, consultation notes, and other clinical documentation. Daily responsibilities include verifying medical terminology, editing and formatting transcripts, ensuring clarity and completeness, and maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information. The role also involves reviewing drafts for accuracy, correcting inconsistencies,



and collaborating with medical staff to resolve ambiguities or missing information.

The Medical

Transcriptionist will follow hospital documentation standards and timelines to support efficient clinical workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Transcribing, Transcription, and Transcription Services skills for accurate and timely documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Medical Terminology to interpret clinical content correctly.
- Candidates should possess rapid and accurate Typing skills, including proficiency with transcription software and word processing tools.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar and punctuation, and the ability to identify and correct errors in medical documents.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality, data privacy, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple reports under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or relevant clinical documentation role is preferred.
- Diploma, certification, or coursework in medical transcription, healthcare documentation, or a related field is beneficial.
