Position Overview

We are seeking a highly targeted Medical Representative to represent Iksha and strengthen our professional presence within the healthcare ecosystem. This is a specialized role requiring a professional with an established network and a proven track record of working directly with psychiatrists, neurologists, and clinical psychologists. Your primary goal will be to educate specialized healthcare providers on holistic patient care, drive awareness of our services, and build a robust, long-term referral pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Targeted Doctor Engagement: Regularly visit doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, and allied healthcare organizations to build and strengthen professional relationships.
- Clinical Detailing: Introduce Iksha's comprehensive psychological services and educate healthcare professionals on how our assessment and therapeutic services contribute to holistic patient care.
- Network Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand Iksha's referral and professional network.



Build partnerships with rehabilitation centres and relevant healthcare organizations.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights regarding healthcare trends, patient needs, and referral practices.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily field visits and professional interactions. Update the CRM/database with new contacts and follow-up activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outreach reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of mandatory experience in medical representation (MR) with a demonstrated history of detailing to mental health professionals.
- Field Work Readiness: Comfortable with regular local travel across Delhi NCR for field visits and meetings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
