We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) / PRO to join our diagnostic centre in Ranchi.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote diagnostic tests, health packages and other services offered by the centre.
- Develop and maintain qualified relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate referrals and develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and visit targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily visit reports.
- Coordinate with the centre team for smooth customer service and referral management.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the assigned area.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Ranchi market and local areas will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in diagnostic centres, hospitals, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
- Fresher candidates with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication will be an advantage.
