Prefer Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience with the Medallia Experience Cloud platform.
- Experience leading end-to-end implementation and deployment of Medallia CX/VoC programs.
- Expertise in configuring Org Hierarchy, User Files, role-based access, and platform administration.
- Experience designing and managing Auto Importer, data feeds, file-based imports, scheduled integrations, and APIs.
- Experience designing dashboards, reports, alerts, workflows, and user permissions aligned to business requirements.
- Experience with Medallia Text Analytics, Speech Analytics, AI capabilities, and advanced reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX), Voice of Customer (VoC), and enterprise feedback management.
- Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into scalable Medallia solutions, and managing client stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, data integration, and CRM platforms.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead solution discussions and mentor junior team members.

Education
