Role Description The Mechanical or Electrical Engineer will work full time on-site at the Nagpur facility, supporting the effective operation of food manufacturing and packaging lines.

Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining production equipment, diagnosing and resolving mechanical or electrical issues, and performing routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance. The role involves collaborating with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime, optimize performance, and implement improvements in machinery and processes. The engineer will also assist in equipment installation, support preventive maintenance schedules,



and ensure accurate technical documentation for machinery and systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Engineering and Automotive systems relevant to industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for reviewing, modifying, or creating equipment layouts and technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection of machinery, electrical systems, and production lines to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, or similar continuous production environments is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with safety standards and industrial best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Nasik, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple maintenance tasks in a fast-paced setting.
