Role Description This is a full-time, in office Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building services systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical specifications, performing load calculations, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.

The role involves participation in site visits, inspections, and quality checks to verify installation and commissioning, as well as resolving technical issues during construction. The engineer will support project planning,



provide technical inputs in client meetings, and contribute to value engineering and sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Building Services, with experience in integrated building design.
- Experience in Plumbing design and coordination, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and fire protection systems.
- Skills in Electrical Engineering applied to building projects, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
- Demonstrated ability in MEP Coordination, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and managing design interfaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (national and international) for MEP and building services design.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and basic engineering calculation software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and to work on-site as part of project execution.
- Prior experience in consulting engineering or construction projects in the Greater Delhi Area or similar contexts is an advantage.
