Role Description The Mechanical Design Engineer will work on-site at the Vadodara office in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and development of mechanical components, systems, and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and reviewing 3D models and technical drawings using CAD tools, performing design calculations, and supporting machine and product design activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop conceptual and detailed designs, and ensure feasibility, safety, and compliance with relevant standards.

The engineer will participate in design reviews, support testing and validation, assist in sourcing and manufacturing-related activities,



and provide design updates and documentation throughout the product lifecycle. The position requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a focus on delivering robust and effective mechanical solutions.

Qualifications

- Must have 2 years of RELEVANT experience. Total experience not more than 3-4 years.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering, with a solid understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Machine Design and Product Design, including designing mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, such as SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, or similar 3D modeling and drafting software.
- Candidates should possess effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to perform design calculations and apply relevant standards and codes.
- Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and client teams.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in mechanical design engineering projects
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials selection, and testing or validation methods is preferred.
