Role Description The Mechanical BIM Modeler is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. This role involves developing and updating mechanical BIM models for building services, including HVAC, piping, and related systems, in coordination with the wider MEP and architectural teams. The Mechanical BIM Modeler will interpret design drawings, specifications, and engineering inputs to create accurate 3D models and detailed construction documentation.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, resolving model clashes, maintaining model standards and templates,



and preparing shop drawings and schedules for project delivery. The role also includes supporting design reviews, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in mechanical BIM modeling tools and platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM coordination software).
- Solid understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems, and their integration within MEP coordination.
- Experience in preparing design and construction documentation, shop drawings, and detailed 3D models aligned with project standards and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with relevant international and local building codes, standards, and best installation practices for mechanical systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders in a multidisciplinary workplace.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve coordination issues and model clashes within BIM environments.
- Relevant technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (diploma or degree), with prior BIM or MEP project experience preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage timelines, and handle multiple project deliverables with a focus on quality and consistency.
