We work on GCC, Australian, and international projects, delivering BIM solutions from design development through construction coordination and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare HVAC, piping, equipment, and mechanical system models as per project requirements.
- Create and manage Revit families and ensure accurate model information.
- Deliver models to LOD 400/500 standards where required.
- Perform BIM coordination and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate mechanical models with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
- Prepare shop drawings, schedules, layouts,
and construction documentation.
- Follow project BEP, BIM standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Support senior engineers/BIM coordinators in project execution and model reviews.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
- Solid knowledge of Revit MEP and mechanical systems.
- Experience in HVAC and piping modeling.
- Knowledge of LOD 400/500 and BIM coordination.
- Familiarity with Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
- Experience working on GCC/Middle East projects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, drawings, and construction practices.
